Our Journey
GlenStory started inside Glenfilm — a studio with a strong marketing mindset. We produced commercials and corporate films, working on projects where it’s not enough to “shoot something beautiful” — the message has to land, clearly and convincingly.
Over time, more and more case study shoots appeared in our work — and it became obvious this was the format we enjoyed most. In a digital era where trust is increasingly built on real human experience, customer stories only became more valuable. But they’re also deceptively hard to do well: they require strong storytelling and directing, plus disciplined producing.
There’s also a unique reality of this genre: filming usually happens not at “our client’s” office, but at our client’s client — on someone else’s territory, where we are guests. Access, time, and people are limited. Key speakers may have only 15–30 minutes. Locations can be restricted. Lighting and set changes aren’t always possible. Add internal rules, security, approvals, and logistics — and you quickly understand why this format rewards preparation and calm execution.
We had wins. We had misses. We learned. And we loved the challenge. That’s why in 2017 case studies became our core focus — not one service among many, but the foundation of the studio. A dedicated unit formed inside Glenfilm and eventually became GlenStory.
Since then, the focus has turned into a craft: finding the narrative inside complex products, guiding interviews so they feel human (not scripted), and shaping each story for a specific target audience — from structure and tone to the final edit.

Today, we’ve spent 8+ years in this genre and delivered 200+ customer story and case study videos for well-known global B2B companies — across countries, industries, timelines, and budgets. Our workflow is director-led and built for on-site customer interviews across multiple locations, including the Middle East. We work both directly with brands and in partnership with agencies — delivering end-to-end or stepping in for specific stages when needed.
