EPAM × Swiss Re Institute — Client Success Film

Teaser (≈130 words)We produced a client success story for EPAM about Swiss Re Institute’s move from open access to a managed, subscription-ready model—without losing trust in the data and without downtime. Under strict on-site rules (limited access to open office, controlled angles, no stock), we crafted business storytelling for a C-level audience: a one-stop public portal with an AI assistant, phased cutover of legacy workflows to a modern platform, lower operational risk, and a clear path to revenue with tiered access. We avoided scripted delivery by using answer outlines and “anchor words,” captured action pick-ups with each speaker, and supplemented with safe screen material (masked). EPAM’s voice stays factual and light; Swiss Re carries the value message. Deliverables included a master cut, LinkedIn-ready teaser (1:1), and a client-shareable passworded link.

    Challenge

Tell EPAM’s business story—controlled access, monetization, trust in data—not a tech demo, and do it in ~2.5 minutes without downtime claims or unapproved metrics.

    Context & Constraints

    • On-site in Zurich with strict filming rules (limited office coverage, approved staff/angles only).

    • No stock footage; sensitive screens restricted.

    • Multiple speakers within a tight runtime → risk of “talking heads.”

    • Tone: EPAM as enabler; value voiced by Swiss Re.

    Our Approach

Narrative design – Answer outlines and bolded “anchor words” for natural speech; business framing: managed access → path to revenue → lower operational risk → data trust.
Production – Two cameras, light/sound, long-lens, controlled angles; action pick-ups (work/interaction/walks) to energize visuals; B-roll in three passes (reportage, staged with volunteers, architectural/brand). Safe screencasts with masked data.
Post – Pace around business outcomes, micro-edits that keep meaning intact, captions/subs; multiple versions: master, LinkedIn 1:1 teaser, client-shareable passworded link.

What Lands in Frame (Key Messages)

    • One-stop public portal + AI assistant in one place (instead of fragmented touchpoints).

    • Shift to a managed, subscription-ready model (authentication, packages, transparent value).

    • Phased cutover of legacy workflows to a modern platform → no user downtime.

    • Lower operational risk, controlled access, clear path to revenue, preserved trust in data.

    Our Contribution for EPAM

    • Converted complex transformation into C-level storytelling.

    • Achieved a live, no-stock look under tight office restrictions via action pick-ups and safe screens.

    • Kept EPAM’s on-camera presence short and factual; the strongest claims come from Swiss Re.

    • Delivered channel-ready versions with brand/legal sensitivity.

    Outcome (site blurb)

A fast-moving, business-focused client story: one-stop portal + AI assistant, managed subscriptions, phased cutover without downtime, reduced risk, and a clear revenue path—told in Swiss Re’s voice, enabled by EPAM.

Royal Canin Ensures Employee Safety, Automates Pallet Scanning with Zebra’s FS40 Devices | Zebra

Royal Canin’s Cambrai plant runs 24/7, producing close to 2,000 pallets of dry pet food every day for global export. At that pace, keeping loading zones clear, traceable, and safe is mission-critical — especially when forklifts and pedestrians share the same space.

This case study shows how Zebra technology and WIIO integration helped transform dock-door operations: automated label scanning, real-time visibility, smoother data flow into the WMS, and a safer, more efficient loading area. With an overall read rate close to 100% and an ROI observed in three months, the solution also supports the broader digitalization of the factory.

Produced in partnership. Glenstory contributed across production and post-production, with additional support on the visual approach and b-roll strategy.

  • Cisco x Credo Bank Case Study
  • Cisco and INGO | Case Study

Cisco and INGO | Case Study

    Objective:
Develop a case study that reflects the technological partnership between Cisco and INGO, with a focus on practical business advantages and minimal involvement from Cisco in the process.

    Process and Time Spent:
Having autonomously consulted with specialists from Cisco and INGO, we delved into the technical details .
Using our custom-developed model, we constructed the interview process, specifically:
Transformed the technical material into an accessible script, converting it into keywords for the speaker.
Implemented a scoring system for keyword prioritization to guide the interview in responding to the interests of Cisco and INGO, based on priorities agreed upon with clients.

    Client Participation and Our Autonomy:
An indication of our autonomous work is Cisco's minimal participation: 1 hour for an initial meeting, 1 hour for an additional meeting to explain technological nuances, 1 hour for a joint meeting with INGO, and additional time for reviewing and commenting on the script and final video . Their absence during the shooting and limited project involvement demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and trust.

    Outcome and Acknowledgment:
The video, focused on the authentic emotions of the CEO, proved to be more persuasive compared to other materials, demonstrating the importance of the emotional component in perceiving technical information. It was included in Cisco's "Best Practice" as a foundation for future projects, emphasizing the clarity and business value of the presented information.
