Turning a Complex Platform Transformation Into a C-Level Client Story
EPAM needed a business-focused client story about Swiss Re Institute’s move to a managed, subscription-ready digital model — with controlled access, data trust, lower operational risk and a clear path to revenue.
Project Context
Swiss Re Institute was moving toward a one-stop public portal with an AI assistant and tiered access model. The story had to explain this transformation clearly for a C-level audience.
The Production Challenge
Filming took place in Zurich under strict rules: limited office access, approved people and angles only, no stock footage and sensitive screen material.
The challenge was editorial and directorial: several voices, a complex platform transformation and a restricted enterprise environment had to become one clear business story.
Director’s Approach
The project required more than filming.
Each voice had a clear role: Swiss Re carried the business value and trust message, while EPAM stayed visible as the expert enabler without becoming self-promotional.
In the interviews, the director guided the conversation toward business value rather than technical detail, keeping the story clear for a C-level audience. To preserve natural delivery, scripted answers were avoided in favour of answer outlines and anchor words.
Visually, the location limits were handled through controlled angles, action pick-ups, safe screen material and purposeful b-roll. Every shot had to help the story move, not simply decorate it.
As a result, EPAM’s contribution stayed clear, Swiss Re’s voice remained central and the film felt credible, natural and business-focused.
