EPAM × Swiss Re Institute — Client Success Film

Teaser (≈130 words)We produced a client success story for EPAM about Swiss Re Institute’s move from open access to a managed, subscription-ready model—without losing trust in the data and without downtime. Under strict on-site rules (limited access to open office, controlled angles, no stock), we crafted business storytelling for a C-level audience: a one-stop public portal with an AI assistant, phased cutover of legacy workflows to a modern platform, lower operational risk, and a clear path to revenue with tiered access. We avoided scripted delivery by using answer outlines and “anchor words,” captured action pick-ups with each speaker, and supplemented with safe screen material (masked). EPAM’s voice stays factual and light; Swiss Re carries the value message. Deliverables included a master cut, LinkedIn-ready teaser (1:1), and a client-shareable passworded link.

Challenge

Tell EPAM’s business story—controlled access, monetization, trust in data—not a tech demo, and do it in ~2.5 minutes without downtime claims or unapproved metrics.

Context & Constraints

  • On-site in Zurich with strict filming rules (limited office coverage, approved staff/angles only).

  • No stock footage; sensitive screens restricted.

  • Multiple speakers within a tight runtime → risk of “talking heads.”

  • Tone: EPAM as enabler; value voiced by Swiss Re.

Our Approach

Narrative design – Answer outlines and bolded “anchor words” for natural speech; business framing: managed access → path to revenue → lower operational risk → data trust.
Production – Two cameras, light/sound, long-lens, controlled angles; action pick-ups (work/interaction/walks) to energize visuals; B-roll in three passes (reportage, staged with volunteers, architectural/brand). Safe screencasts with masked data.
Post – Pace around business outcomes, micro-edits that keep meaning intact, captions/subs; multiple versions: master, LinkedIn 1:1 teaser, client-shareable passworded link.

What Lands in Frame (Key Messages)

  • One-stop public portal + AI assistant in one place (instead of fragmented touchpoints).

  • Shift to a managed, subscription-ready model (authentication, packages, transparent value).

  • Phased cutover of legacy workflows to a modern platform → no user downtime.

  • Lower operational risk, controlled access, clear path to revenue, preserved trust in data.

Our Contribution for EPAM

  • Converted complex transformation into C-level storytelling.

  • Achieved a live, no-stock look under tight office restrictions via action pick-ups and safe screens.

  • Kept EPAM’s on-camera presence short and factual; the strongest claims come from Swiss Re.

  • Delivered channel-ready versions with brand/legal sensitivity.

Outcome (site blurb)
