Zebra × Royal Canin Customer Story
For this customer story, the agency brought us in as the production and post-production partner for a film about warehouse safety, automation and traceability at Royal Canin’s Cambrai factory.
The agency did not need to travel to the shoot. Our team joined the planning process, worked autonomously on location and handled the production with a director-led approach.
The Challenge
The story had to explain a complex industrial workflow: manual label scanning, forklift movement, dock-door automation, real-time tracking, WMS integration and safety improvements.
The shoot also had to be efficient and carefully planned around a real 24/7 production environment, without disrupting operations or compromising safety.
Our Role
We handled the visual development for the narrative, one day of on-site filming, interview direction, b-roll direction, camera, light, sound, post-production, editing and finishing.
Before the shoot, our director helped adapt the visual part of the script so the story could be realistically filmed within the available time and still remain clear, polished and visually strong.
Director-Led Production
The director’s role was to translate the business and technical story into a practical filming plan.
Each visual element had to support the narrative: dock doors, pallets, forklift movement, scanners, tablets, loading workflows and safety interactions.
The goal was not just to collect footage, but to capture the right material for a fast, proof-driven customer story — both aesthetically and editorially.
Production Efficiency
One of the strongest parts of the project was timing.
With a small team — director and camera operator — we captured a wide range of technically clean and visually strong material in a limited shooting window.
The filming was planned around the real production environment, so the process could move quickly and smoothly without unnecessary stress for the agency or the client.
