Radisson Blu Kyiv Golden Gate Renovation | Partner Case Study Film


This film follows the renovation journey of a landmark hospitality site located near Kyiv’s historic Golden Gate—where modern design had to reflect the Radisson Blu brand while staying rooted in the city’s identity and heritage.

Project background

Radisson Blu’s goal was to create a refreshed guest experience that feels unmistakably “Radisson Blu”, yet connected to Kyiv—its atmosphere, location, and the historical context around the Golden Gate.

Our task

We had two priorities from day one:

  • Show the strengths of 7Ci Group through a clear narrative (reliability, speed, collaboration, delivery under constraints).

  • Make the process effortless for Radisson’s representative—no long script revisions, no time-consuming approvals, and no “how do I answer on camera?” uncertainty.

To keep the story authentic (not scripted or forced), our director led the interview live using a carefully prepared question map. The goal: capture candid, story-ready responses while ensuring all parties are comfortable and the message stays aligned with brand expectations.

Execution under real operational constraints

This was filmed inside a fully operating hotel, which means strict rules and zero room for disruption: noise/time windows, guest flow, restricted areas, and constant coordination with hotel operations.

Despite these limitations, we delivered an end-to-end production at high speed:

  • story structure / interview approach

  • on-location filming

  • editing + final delivery

What you’ll see in the story

Radisson’s representative highlights the collaboration with 7Ci Group—especially when challenges appeared (e.g., strict noise control during lobby renovation). The shared objective stayed constant: deliver on time, within budget, and without compromising the guest experience.

Some construction-process visuals are client-provided archival footage (courtesy of 7Ci Group). We did not film those scenes—these materials were included to show the real renovation process.

Deliverables

We provided:

  • the fully edited main version

  • multilingual versions for Radisson’s international audience

  • a shorter cut designed for platforms where speed and clarity matter

Outcome

A proof-driven, brand-safe case study that balances the finished “wow” result with the behind-the-scenes work—showing how a reliable contractor can deliver quality renovation in a demanding, real-world hospitality environment.
